Simply click on the “Memberships” link at the top of this page and then the Pop In button under the membership you’d like to sign up to. You’ll then be able to complete the sign up form. You’ll need your credit card details for our Silver, Gold and Platinum VIP memberships.
Changing your membership tier is done from the member portal area. If you are not already signed in to the portal, click on the Login link in the top menu bar, otherwise click the My Account button. Enter your username and password and then follow these steps:
- Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be taken to the Membership page where you can see your current membership tier. Click on the “Upgrade My Subscription” button.
- You’ll then be taken to the page where you can choose which membership tier you’d like to change to. This can be a higher or lower tier. Choose your desired tier (the new pricing will be displayed on screen) and click the Switch Subscription button.
- From here, you follow the checkout process. If you have chosen a higher tier, you will be charged a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the month (according to your billing cycle). You will also be credited with extra entries into the daily and monthly draws. If you chose a lower tier, you will move to the lower tier immediately, however your entries into the daily and monthly draws will remain at your current membership tier until the end of your billing cycle. Once you move into your new billing cycle, your entries will revert to the lower membership tier.
- Follow the checkout process to complete the tier change.

Our BRONZE membership is absolutely free to join and no credit card details are required. Click the “Memberships” link at the top of this page.
All draws and winners are posted on our Facebook page. Follow us to stay up to date with winners. VIP members and One Off Package members will receive a congratulatory email from us confirming your win. We’ll also call you on the mobile number you entered when signing up. Bronze Members have 7 days to contact us and claim their prize.
Some of our daily and monthly prizes may have a cash alternative which will be listed on our website.
Daily prizes are drawn before 5pm Monday to Friday. Weekend and public holiday draws are done on the following business day. Our monthly prizes will be drawn in accordance with the date and time advertised on the Monthly PrizePop page.
Due to local laws, where the prize value exceeds $5,000, ACT and South Australia residents will receive a $5,000 cash prize as full and final settlement.
